I wish I could give them 10 stars... I would . I can't thank you enough for being so kind and patient with me during my fluffys time of need. You walked me through everything and kept me up to date with everything. You allowed me to visit,no matter what time of day it was I popped in to see him. It is so sad to see someone come in there and have to make a decision to euthanize due to inability to pay. Ur willingness to assist in the insurance claim process and just ur over all willingness to take the best care of him . We are nearly 3 months post surgery and he couldn't be happier. Just seeing him everyday makes my day a blessing . So thank you for loving my baby and caring for him .. thanks for even coming through when in a rush to leave on a trip I forgot his meds and had to call u at 3 am panicking .. I love what you do and I am forever grateful for you for saving my baby. Fluffy and I say thank you from the bottom of our hearts ???!

Absolutely amazing experience! My fur baby hurt her eye and they got her seen right away! We were in and out decently fast (within less than 2 hours), as it was the middle of the night. They worked with us on budget and helped myself out with my worry and anxieties going into a veterinarian setting. Also a very kind staff. I appreciate them a lot and everything they do for these animals.

CVRC is such a blessing! The staff is amazing, so skilled, so compassionate, and I am grateful to have found this center. Not only did they save my dog, but found the right mix of medication to keep up a high quality of life for many years to come.

As always my appointment was great. I have been bringing my animals to CVRC since 2012. Dr. Rissetto has treated all of my pets with cancer. Her and her technicians take their time which is greatly appreciated. Will never go anywhere else!

Highly recommend CVRC. The communication while my cat was in critical care was amazing. The after care support I’ve received is top notch. My cat had a lot of issues and it was a little overwhelming. It’s nice to know I have a doctor to contact after hours and on the weekend.

This is lengthy but I don’t care, these people are amazing!
I cannot recommend CVRC enough.
My local vets office referred us to CVRC after my Dolly Mae (10 month old pup) showed a need for a neurologist. Unfortunately things went down hill fast and we had to rush her to CVRC faster than we had planned. Thank the lord they are an emergency clinic AND a specialist clinic. From the moments we entered the building we were met with nothing but respect and kindness. They rushed my girl in and did everything they could. They updated me regularly and I met with the dr quickly to address the issues we had in the beginning weeks with our regular vets office. They talked me through everything we would need to do and gave me a run down of estimated pricing of everything. Unfortunately my girl had a tumor and ultimately we had to say goodbye. (My husband and Is choice, they never pushed any of the options onto us) They made my girl comfortable and gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. These people love what they do and it shows. Fast forward to today. I received a hand written letter in the mail from the Dr. and the nurses that took care of my girl that day. These people love what they do and it shows. It’s not always an easy time at the vet but they listened and they actually CARE! 10000% recommend.

Amazing experience! Our dog got hurt while we were visiting Charleston and they were so gracious getting us an appointment within our brief window I town. It was one of the most smoothly run vet experiences we've ever had. Got us in at our schedule appointment time and had us in and out in under 45 minutes with great information and a happy dog!

CVRC has been providing excellent specialty and emergency care for our fur babies for over 10 years. We are blessed to have this 24/7 emergency facility nearby.

I went 2 CVRC as an emergency on 10/19/24, with my older chihuahua, refer from BFVH. It was a first visit for us and I was anxious for my dog's condition.
>1st impression: facility was clean, welcoming and spacious..receptionists were pleasant and informative (Terrie was calming and patient with my confusion)
> being an emergency visit, after ✔️ in process, waited only 15 mins for tech 2 come out 2 take bkgrd info on injury and take my dog back 4 initial triage...tech explained about wait time and # of pets n the que ahead of us...
> as I waited, numerous folks came in and several were serious cases and staff at reception and techs that came 2 assist animals with gurneys, all exhibited caring/professional people skills 4 families and soothing calmness 4 the animals.
> Yes it was a substantial waiting time as my dog was there 9 hrs...but tech staff did offer me the option 2 either stay or let doctor call me at home with results as it would be more time before tx was complete...I opted 2 go home.
> I got call from the doctor who was very informative explaining my dog's issues and how I should handle his d/c behavior...
Totally, for a 1st visit/tx, I was impressed/grateful with my interactions at CVRC.
[Only suggestion I have is that the waiting room was 'cold' as you're sitting there, and at one point a male receptionist offered blankets 2 some families waiting...and that was so thoughtful for us...]
I give it a 5 out of 5 rating....

"I cannot thank the team at CVRC enough for the outstanding care and compassion they provided for my daughter Nina From the moment we walked in, I felt that her health and well-being were their top priority. The staff was kind, patient, and attentive, explaining each step of the treatment process with care and empathy. The veterinarians were incredibly knowledgeable, and their dedication to making her comfortable was evident throughout our entire visit.
What stood out most to me was how they treated my girl as if she were their own. The level of attention and affection they showed was truly heartwarming. I highly recommend CVRC to anyone looking for a veterinary clinic that combines professionalism with genuine love for animals. Thank you, CVRC, for making such a difficult time a little easier and for taking such good care of my beloved daughter.
