I have been a customer of BB\\u0026T for 25 years. Since the consolidation with Suntrust the service is horrible. BB\\u0026T employees knew every customer \\u0026 always very polite. Now I search out BB\\u0026T employees because I know I will receive excellent service with them. The new location on Daniel Island is horrible with no drive up deposit and the ATM is outside where one would have concerns about using at night. The ATM is so old that it wouldn’t take my card but would take my wife’s card. When I drive to a BB\\u0026T ATM at Mt Pleasant there’s not a problem with the ATM. Suntrust answer to the problem is to get new Debit card which takes 8 weeks. Took me weeks to gain access to my information on line with WealthScape. Customer service at counter inside is good or bad depending on which employee you encounter.

Garbage customer service, too slow to process deposits (how????????? How do you take days longer than other locations???????), and condescending employees. Not sorry for this one star review one bit.
