My experience at Lowe's in Clemson was GREAT!!! All 3 staff members that greeted and helped me were really sweet and hospitable! ? 1 staff member in particular, Mr.William Plott, was extremely patient, kind and helpful with me today. He was a joy to talk and laugh with as he assisted me with my purchase and help with my car. ?

Lowe’s delivery broke my 70+ year old mother in laws water main. She was left without water for 5 days. We had to pay out of pocket for the repairs. Management is not respectful, nor do they care about local customers who give them business. I am appalled by the lack of help and refusal to help or pay for the repairs. Customer service is garbage.

Theis lowes is a smaller lowes which does not Carry a full line of good but does it best with in a small county local where there just isn't enough people around to support a large home improvement service. Manager is super nice and is regularly seem out and about his store and not afraid of problem solving with his clients. He is smart and does what is reasonable for his customers. Staff are hard working and also looking out for their clients best resolve to their projects. Most have good knowledge of the products they sell. If not they will find helpers who do. The garden service area has good discounts in the back if ubare willing to nurse plants back to health.

Valerie, cashier in lawn and garden, always greets me with a smile and helps me when I ask. In my opinion, she is an asset to Lowes. I come to this particular store, 3071, because of her! I will continue to be a loyal regular customer. A+ customer service!!!
I also want to mention Rob in lawn and garden. He helps me in loading whatever I purchase with a smile. He has also offered advice when I ask on how I should accomplish a particular task and I appreciate that. Excellent customer service!

Clean store with plenty of employees will to help you out. Not the cheapest hardware store in town but well stocked. One of the better Lowes locations i have visited.

What I shopped for was cheaper than HD...slightly...EGO blower was on sale for $70 off.

UPDATE: a service desk worker told me that Lowe's is ending their veterans discount program.

Today my boyfriend took back a $150 drill he got for his birthday yesterday. Told the lady that it was a gift and he just wanted store credit to get a leaf blower ( that was more expensive) she refused and said that she was putting it back on to the card (my dads card) so now my dad said he’ll just give him that money and we get to buy it from HomeDepot, which I love bc I hate Lowe’s! Thanks Lowes for continuing to be difficult and in turn loosing more profit!
