“I've been several bad experiences with mechanics in the area. After these guys did my neighbor right(a 76 year old female cancer patient), I took my little hundai to them after my belt broke. They found a critical problem in my engine with an oil leak around the gasket. Somehow these guys had my car back to better than it was before in less than half a day. Amazing work and super friendly staff kept me informed along the way about the bad surprises and when I went to pick my car up, it was 50 bucks less than they had quoted. Never going anywhere else. They could've ripped my neighbor off, they didn't and they did right by me.”

Called us back to let us know what was wrong with vehicle, and it was not what we thought, requoted price alot lower than the original one. Mr. Jeffcoat and his staff is very forthcoming and honest. “Just got my 2017 Dodge Journey back from Walker Transmissions! What a pleasure it was to deal with them! They had very reasonable pricing and backed their work up with a 12k mile warranty! We had the transmissions rebuilt and while they were in there, discovered the drivers side axle needed to be replaced. Due to having it apart they only charged the price of the part. We have it back and so far so good. They did have it a week longer than originally stated but we are so happy to have it completed and back!”
“Had a compete radiator failure on my Ram 1500…on a Friday before Easter…at 4pm. Called spinning wrenches and they asked if I could get it on ASAP. Arrived at 4:30, they immediately diagnosed and gave me a quote for the work.
Now I know I was lucky that they had a replacement for me in stock. But at 4:30pm on Friday on a holiday weekend they had me in and out within an hour. Truck was out back together with great attention to detail, and they never made me feel like I was a burden.

“Prompt service, good communication, clean and cozy waiting area, fair pricing as quoted. I had an overheating issue with my 2007 Pacifica that turned out to be a very easy fix. I feel another shop or technician could have easily taken advantage of this situation but Sara thoroughly explained the issue and how it was fixed and only charged me the diagnostic fee I was quoted since the repair was so simple. Sara and Lynette were very professional and I will be returning to Minnie's for any future car issues.”

“Recently my wife and I were on our way out of town and my truck battery started acting up and we got off the interstate in the Columbia area and looked for a service shop. We found Shealy quickly with great 5 star reviews. I understand why as what we experienced was nothing short of exceptional customer service. We pulled in and Drew greeted me immediately and within a few seconds we had the hood up and he was performing some tests on my battery and charging system. He went the extra mile also to call a local parts shop just down the road to make sure they had a battery ready for me and let them know I was on my way. I can't thank Drew enough for his kind help to get us back on the road. You just don't find folks like that very often. If I lived in the Columbia area I'd be taking all my vehicles to Shealy. Highly recommended.”
