“I visited another tire company to have a tire replaced due to a screw in the side wall. Less than a week later I discovered another nail in a different tire along with a third tire that had worn and needed replacing. Obviously the first tire company didn’t check the remaining tires as they had indicated. I stopped at NTB and ordered new tires which were delivered and installed the next day. “Outstanding service. Got stranded at 8 pm. I’m from out of town . Made a call and they were very responsive. I was skeptical at first about paying a deposit, but it is legitimate and I understand why they do it. They were out within 30 mins. Outstanding service, very knowledgeable and top quality work. Nothing shady about them when they pull up in a company branded van. They had all the equipment to change a tire on a model s Tesla. I highly recommend them in the Columbia area.”

“We love CCC. These guys are real pros and are well-versed in domestic and foreign cars. We've been taking our GM cars and truck and our Volvo here for many years. Besides repairs, we buy all our tires from Complete. We stopped asking in advance what a repair will cost, since we know we will get a fair price. They will not perform or suggest any unnecessary repairs. The "up front" guys Bill, Patrick, and Doug are extremely knowledgeable and are excellent at customer service. We recommend Complete without reservation!”

“Excellent service, very knowledgeable, professional operator. We called a Goodyear store at 5:20 pm and they told us they could not look at our tire. We pulled into Go Used Tires at 5:40 and they did not hesitate to help us. Diagnosed the problem replaced the tire and we were back on the road by 6PM. Fantastic Experience.”

There was a small issue in communication between the front of the office and the back of the shop related to an unusual request on my part that they readily addressed. They gave me a really good price on a decent set of tires and the tire pressure sensors (Mine were all dead from age). Dropped off and picked up with only a short wait to correct that one small issue, with a smile and a hand shake. Give these guys your business.”
“Prompt service, good communication, clean and cozy waiting area, fair pricing as quoted. I had an overheating issue with my 2007 Pacifica that turned out to be a very easy fix. I feel another shop or technician could have easily taken advantage of this situation but Sara thoroughly explained the issue and how it was fixed and only charged me the diagnostic fee I was quoted since the repair was so simple. Sara and Lynette were very professional and I will be returning to Minnie's for any future car issues.”
