Recently my wife and I were on our way out of town and my truck battery started acting up and we got off the interstate in the Columbia area and looked for a service shop. We found Shealy quickly with great 5 star reviews. I understand why as what we experienced was nothing short of exceptional customer service. We pulled in and Drew greeted me immediately and within a few seconds we had the hood up and he was performing some tests on my battery and charging system. He went the extra mile also to call a local parts shop just down the road to make sure they had a battery ready for me and let them know I was on my way. I can't thank Drew enough for his kind help to get us back on the road. You just don't find folks like that very often. If I lived in the Columbia area I'd be taking all my vehicles to Shealy. Highly recommended.

I recently had a exhaust bolt break on my 2000 GMC Sierra and Drew fixed it quick, fast and expertly. He has always been very knowledgeable and fairly priced, I recommend him highly. ?

The team at Shealy Automotive was top notch from start to finish. They managed to work us in on an already busy schedule, and got my car back on the road very quickly. They are very honest and straightforward, and pricing is very fair. It's tough to find a good garage, look no further.

My jeep was here for over a year. I had it towed there on 6 Feb 22 and I was told it would be a few weeks until completion. I called repeatedly and was given an excuse as to why it wasn't done every time I called, the main excuse was that he didn't have my number but I've left it with him on several occasions both in person and over the phone. I was told on Wednesday, 1 Mar 23 that it was done and to pick it up on Fri 3 Mar 23. One I got there after no answer he told me to come back today 4 Mar 23 only to find that the building is locked up but the website shows they are open on Saturdays. I've been given the run around and if I could give negative stars ot would be negative 5. There's no way I should have to wait a year for a simple fix of a water pump and timing
