Their level of experience with our Volvo, information shared on how they planned to address the issue we experienced with our transmission and communication during the entire process was great. What a lovely staff! I will be going to these guys for all my mechanical issues now because I trust them. I told the guy behind the counter what was going on and he offered to come out and read it for me on the spot. He immediately saw the problem even when my own car’s dealership didn’t. Works fine now!

I can't say enough great things about Andrew and his coworkers!! This shop really cares about their customers and cars. They are very thorough and take the time to explain everything to you. They do not cut corners and only work with top notch parts. Very friendly and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend and will do business again!!!

Where do I start. Im impatient when it comes to my car. But the nature of my issue and having to wait on the parts and everything was worth it.I must shout out the nice lady who fixed my car. Standing Ovation.Sorry forgot your name.Andrew you were grrreat aswell knowing I aint have patience.You assured me everything will be fine and fixed. You kept up your end of the bargain.It was costly not gone lie butttt you pay for what you get. And I paid for a job well done!!THANKS IM ON THE ROAD AGAIN.

If I could give them zero I would. My husband brought our car there after getting referred by a friend. We were over charged for a “guaranteed fix” and they added a warranty. When the engine light came back on three days later with the same codes they said they couldn’t put it under warranty and charged us even more to actually fix the problem but AGAIN, two days later, the light was back on. Not to mention the absolute mess they left in our car. The front desk was rude and the owner is unprofessional. Will never recommend this place to anyone.*** I definitely do not have the wrong place, we worked with Andrew and Mike. If this is the type of service all of your customers get you should be embarrassed to stand by this work. My husband has sent a lot of work your way and he will definitely not be doing that anymore***

I needed a new transmission which was super stressful but Andrew and his team were very attentive and honest which made the process much easier. This business has excellent customer service and workmanship.Please consider this family own business for your next auto maintenance or repair needs.
