They have employees walking around but no one helps you and when you try to call they put on hold for a good 20 minutes then hang up. This has happened numerous time . not worth the time.

Most of the employees have no idea what they are doing. They do not have professional employees. If you are open until 5:00 they should be answering the phone.

Napa is a very poorly run company . They do not have enough people to run their stores, deliver wrong parts, do not have parts in stock , billing is a mess, getting customer signed up for credit is a joke. District mngr is a DUMB A---!! Inventory is always wrong . Pays poorly , car allowance is low , benefits are ok. Good luck getting problems solved. DM is micro mngr ALL AROUND BAD.

I walked it to check out some tools, they had some super loud noise going on the whole time I was there, appears to be a paint shaker, even the employees were annoyed by it, thank goodness I could leave, which I did. If I worked there and had to deal with that, I would quit.
