Gardner Paint and Body is definitely a five-star experience. I had to go there recently, when someone backed into my parked car and badly dented the bumper. I set an appointment with Gardner and they quickly inspected the car and gave me an estimate to send to insurance. Once I had dealt with the insurance side of things, which took a little while, Gardner called me and told me they had an opening the following week. They said I could bring the car in Tuesday morning and they would have it done by Thursday. I asked if they could try to get it done by Wednesday as my fiancé who uses the car would be working from home Tues/Wed but would likely need the car on Thursday. Not only did they do a great job repairing the car, but they got it done by Wednesday! In addition, they washed the outside and vacuumed and cleaned the inside. The car looked better than before! They are a joy to work with, and genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend using them!

I was hoping for a great experience unfortunately this wasn't the case, I bought a brand-new Toyota highlander platinum, it took 4 months to get it the way I wanted it. I had someone hit the right rear of my car and friends recommended Gradner Paint and body. I decided to have them do the repairs. After a week I get a phone letting me know they burned my car down. I get it accident do happens but now I'm out of a car. I felt like they would replace my car because that would have been the right thing to do, His insurance guy was a very rude when he tried to settle. Car new was 56k. I had it paid down to 30k at a great APR, they only gave me cash value at 36k, so 30k will pay the car off then 6k goes to me. But at the end of the day, I'm without a vehicle that had 3rd row, very dependable car that we took care of. Now that's been taken away from me. APR rates now are crazy high, and I can't find a replacement of what I had that's affordable. No, it's not their fault for today's prices or banks rates but it is their fault for putting me in this situation. The stress I've been under for a simple repair job isn't worth it. My wife works nights I workdays, sharing 1 vehicle with 4 kids we take back and forth to school, doctors' appointments, our jobs is a struggle by itself. Now I'm having a hard time getting finance for another vehicle. I don't wish this on anyone to struggle this bad for the hard times we are dealing with. So, here's pictures before and after.

I'm sorry for the loss of your shop, luckily your insurance will replace your shop and all of your Equpment that was lost. Unfortunately, for my lost that not the case, I'm left without a vehicle.

While no one loves a fender bender, we have now had the pleasure of working with Gardner Paint & Body twice. Both times we were confident that we were in good hands. The staff know what they are doing and are communicative and reassuring!

This body shop did an amazing job on repairing my car. It got side swiped 10 days after I got it.
Gave it to them, after dealing with the insurance… had the car back in less than a month. 3 weeks tops. Well communicated and very helpful with getting things done. Definitely would recommend.

They are friendly and helpful. Getting car fixed there in August. They did a great job on my car. Worked hard to get insurance company give me rental and pay for the hidden damage. I would recommend them to my friends
