This was one of my best experiences with an auto repair business. Owner is honest, quick, and fair with pricing. So far my car has been doing great and will definitely be back. Oh and also he does really well with explaining the diagnosis and how to continue caring for the car without making you feel like a dummy if you don’t know the first thing about cars. Thank you!!

Quoted me over the phone to replace my A/C system. After getting the vehicle in the shop they recommended using a sealing agent rather than replacing the system. A/C worked for roughly 200 miles before failing again. Took it back in and after properly diagnosing the issue it was now their recommendation that I replace the system. No offer to discount the service after having misdiagnosed the issue originally so I declined. Then they charged me again for the follow up diagnosis and expressed no accountability for their role in the failed diagnosis or repair. You can earn a buck and you can earn a customer, but you can't always do both.
