Absolutely bewildered by how this guy handles business. Will actively ignore your calls, won’t call to give updates, and takes months to actually do any work for you (after you have already dropped off your vehicle). Hands down the worst mechanics shop in the area.

I was having a hard time with another shop and a friend suggested I go to Jack Jones. They couldnt get to it right away, which I understood.. busy is a good sign. They ended up having the best prices so I definitely recommend.
