“This is a story, but I just want to give the HIGHEST ratings to Publix on Buckwalter. Tonight I was screwed over by Walmart. I ordered a specialty cake a week ago and they waited until I showed up to an empty bakery to tell me that they didn't have a cake decorator and haven't for a year. The manager there then played the blame game on everyone else, corporate, people who were there before her, etc. And I had to walk away without a cake for a 5 year old's birthday, the party being tomorrow. Calling corporate did nothing either, as they blamed the store. I called Publix in tears and they went above and beyond for me. The baker on duty at the time showed so much sympathy, found a unicorn decoration for the cake I picked, and wrote the message right there. Another worker filled the balloons, and the manager on duty was so caring and helpful. They were just as angry as I was when I explained what happened. I will always shop at this Publix and I will tell everyone this story of how amazing they were. The staff that helped me on Dec 15th between 730pm and 8pm deserve all the recognition. I will be calling to get names so they can get the praise they deserve.”

“I love this location! Great selection of organic food and Eternal water!! I have been a patron of this store since it first opened and have build a great relationship with the store manager Tracy! Tracy goes above and beyond to make sure each customer is satisfied. Recently, I connected with Mathew the new grocery manager! Mathew provides excellent customer service on all accounts!! He always makes himself available to answer any questions and to take care of all customers each day. With teamwork like this it’s no wonder this Publix is the go to place for excellent customer service, organic food products, Eternal water, and grocery items!! We appreciate you all greatly!! “Besides a very good selection of produce, international foods, seafood,etc. of good quality, what I like best about this Publix is that there are a lot of HUMAN cashiers who are always friendly! The staff make it an enjoyable experience and are always very helpful.”
