I've been living here over 30 years and my packages are delivered to my neighbor's house. Small packages crammed in my mailbox so tight I had to cut it out with a knife. This is not acceptable.

Poor customer service from a select few of employees and nasty attitude I'm disappointed

was supposed to recieve a package on saturday march 5th it was also a 1 day express it is now monday and ive still have yet to not recieve my package at all i dont know whats going on but they better get it together
