Went through the car wash and the back of my car still had dirt all over it. There was dried up soap stains on the sides of my car from it not being rinsed good enough.

It was my first time and I just wanted to vacuum. I was not aware that you had to get a wash to use them. Nate, the manager came out and explained in detail how it all works. He said since it wasn’t busy, he would allow me to use the vacuum. Most would have turned me away. I had a pretty bad day and this one little gesture meant a lot. Thank Nate for being so kind. I will be back.

Jim is a superhuman running around in this 90+ degree heat like it's nothing. Also I will admit that I don't use Google much but Jim deserves credit for going above and beyond in helping me clean my Lexus SUV.

I go to Zips car wash a lot and it is a great place to wash your car. The employees there are really nice as well.
