My daughter and I had a great experience at Zips. I had never been there before and was trying to decide which wash to get. Jesup was super helpful in quickly summarizing the options and helping me make a decision. The wash also did a good job, and the cleaning supplies were handy.

Zero stars. Damage was done to my truck and Zips reviewed it and claimed it was not their fault. Ripped off my antenna,ripped off roof rubber gasket and took a big chunk of paint off roof. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Equipment was old , place was dirty and supply’s were nonexistent. And only one person working. Was down to one lane. No scrubbing off the front and back of truck was not washed because attendant claimed he cut off a sensor because of being a truck. ?SO I can’t reply to their comments but what about my truck.
