Guard shack not occupied. Turn left at fork in driveway. If delivering proceed through open gate to Warehouse and park and walk across lot and check in .
If picking up... Continue past warehouse to Distribution ( sign on warehouse door says ho to building B but it's all 1 building which is on the other side of the building.
Check in with destination info at 1st window on right ( washroom available) thru accepted my 4500 # though there may be others . No need to go to their lounge.. they let me go to truck and wait. Slide tandems and remove red air line for lockout.
If by chance you have multiple pickups let them know.. I was given the seal to on after 2nd stop.
Easy place , friendly people..

Pick up. Whe you come use right lane and stop at the guard to let them know for what you come (pick up or delivery) so they will navigate you where to go . The pick up is on a north side of the buildin and have to drive all the way back to the middle of the building to check in . When you park on your door you have to disconnect your air line so some one will come and lock it for loading . When finished some one will come and let you know so you can go in the office and sign your bol . Do not seal the trailer . Handle the seal with you and drive back to the guard and then the guard will seal it. Check the number of the seal on your bol , becouse the guard did not done this on my bol . It is for you to save time at your delivery later on.

Worst lazy people, animalsCant describe my wordsCame here on Friday at 4pm. Before 4th July weekend . After waiting 6 hours at dock they came to me and laughed said we canceling your load ! My driver will be here for whole weekend now since all loads gone ! Never come to pickup ! Management does not care. Trash company

I don't like the fact when i take a load not been honest about the weight, I took this load cause it's says 8000lbs but in reality was close to 30k, trailer was completely full, not even room for your loadlocks, its not bad but this is been dishonest, 2hrs I was out, no parking anywhere, so don't come here before your appointment.Be truthful so you don't leave a bad taste in your mouth

It's IVC now, good truck space to turn and back in. I've been here to deliver 3 times. Twice in 2022 and today in Jan of 2023. They've been professional and nice. Checked in and Unloaded within an hour each time.

Worst place to pick up or drop off.I arrived last night and they let me park but They got me in a door at 10am and told me they’ll load me quickly but it’s 1pm and I’m still waiting. If the wheels not rolling no money is being made. Therefor I would avoid this place if I have a choice.

Lady at guard shack was very nice. Got there a day early at 5 pm couldn’t load me after 2 o clock but let me drop my trailer go to walmart and roadhouse and came back and slept in yard and loaded me first thing when I woke up this morning. Loaded and gone in 35 minutes. Everyone was very nice and polite. Great place wish every place I went to was like this!!!

Arrived at 14:15 for a 15:00 appointment.... it is now 20:00 and I am still waiting for a DOCK!! Avoid this place! This is definitely a ZERO star type of place for a pick up.
