I absolutely love CALIBER COLLISION, and I DEFINITELY… recommend them!! From the time I turned into the lot, parked, and come through the door, I felt welcomed! I was greeted with smiles, and assured that my vehicle would be taken care of. Bailey, the receptionist is awesome, and knowledgeable. Josh, my service advisor, is amazing, and he too, is very knowledgeable! He answered every question that I had for him, and he stayed in contact with me throughout the process! The whole team rocks, and I personally give them a 10 out of 10- I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND! Kudos to you all; KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Caliber collision finished my car in 6 days! They detailed my car and kept me informed on repairs daily. The womyn that work here are superior and knowledgeable of their craft. You can call any time for questions. The lobby is nice and they provide coffee, water and candy. They are open 7:30-5:30.

Brought a car in for front end work nothing too serious nothing hard to do. As someone who works on cars and has an understanding about the way this works im highly disappointed in the fact that it's been well over a month and my car is still not done. They claim it's because of the dealer and a wheel not being there on time when ALL the other parts showed up and sat around for 2 weeks because a wheel hadn't arrived yet. The wheel that was being replaced was in the rear and had nothing to do with the work on the front end not being done. Complete waste of time. If I could give zero stars I would. They don't care about their customers or the fact that people need their vehicles to get back and forth to work. I'll never be using this company again. The car could have been repaired and when the rim arrived, could have just slapped it on. Absolutely dumbfounded at the lack of urgency within this company. Highly do Not recommend.
Update: they called me to tell me how much the review hurts the company but yet still no car. And when discussed on the phone the women made sure to let me how much a favor the company was doing for me by taking the car even though it's the place my insurance company told us to h
Go through. To add to all this they told us they were taking my ford focus to ford, when in fact they took it to nissan without informing us of any changes or discussing that with us, so now a dealership is working on my car that they are NOT familiar with. 100% do NOT recommend
Update 2: still no car and now they aren't answering our calls but are answering from someone else's number they've now had my car "finished" at there facility for over 24 hours and still won't give me my car. Absolutely livid. The WORST most UNPROFESSIONAL business in Anderson.
Update: got the car back. Cosmetic damage not repaired. Was charged for a windshield and a USED wiper motor thst was NOT damaged at drop off.
Avoid this place at all costs. I'll be filing a report with BBB
Update: they want us to bring my car back so they can fix the issues. Will update when this is all finished.
Brought it back and they fixed nothing. Still clunks in the front end, they damaged my roof paint, and they didn't fix any cosmetic damage that was from the accident. Horrible place. Avoid at all costs.
