    Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation for $100. After they were done they said they had issues with the lug nuts on my tires and didn't do the rotation.. didn't offer a discount nor offer to fix something they messed up..will not ever do business with these people ever again

    These scumbags are the worst possible option to take care of your vehicle. They charged me $400 and did absolutely nothing. For your own peace of mind avoid these scam artist at all cost.     I bought my first Ford here about a year ago. The service has been awesome and everything from the greetings to the follow up have been better than I would have expected. I've enjoyed the service department so much I asked them to work on one of my trucks that is t even a Ford. Great place to buy and service.
