Don't need to contact anyone if you need anything. The main customer service # no one answers or calls back if you agree to leave your #. Option 2 is for employment, but it doesn't even work. Hope you don't need assistance, especially if you need help‼️ No answer on 8/23/2024 or call back, & today I've been on hold for 50 minutes without an answer ?

We have the most expensive membership and use to love it. Now we pay the same and get less features. They do not touch the bumper, or the windows anymore. It barely gets any bugs off with the small amount of spray they put on it prior to the wash. We use to get the last shammy drying wheel at the end, and it is no longer part of it. However, we still pay the same price. Seems the employees are just getting lazier. We will be switching to some where new if this is the type of service to expect.

Did the basic wash and the back window of explorer was still filthy.
When I arrived there were 2 cars ahead of me and yet I waited more than 10 mins while staff talked to the people in both cars...6 cars went through the fast lane while I waited. Mu neighbor warned me that they were slow. I had thought about joining but am not inclined to do so after how long I waited and that back wondow was still filthy.

Use to get the drying brush at the end. But I don’t get it anymore at this location. I go across town to Richland Ave and get it. Not getting what I pay for.

Solid A+ experience!
My wife and I both stopped here to wash the salt spray from our vehicles after a week at the beach.
The young man at the right side kiosk was very helpful choosing which wash we needed.
There was a steady line of vehicles merging to be washed, and I wondered how they keep track of which wash each vehicle chooses.
We will definitely return.

Awesome staff, very clean car wash & vacuum area. The staff brings nice cold water bottles to guest. I travel across town just to come to this lulus, because the service is awesome. Keep up the good work.

Amazing service! Everyone was super nice and very friendly, and there was a young man walking around and handing out waters and checking in. All the supplies I needed were easily accessible and well stocked. Definitely will recommend and be returning!
