After 8 years of being a customer they changed the financing and interest rate twice with out notification(even though they did change,it's actually illegal to do so,it's not what I signed my contract for).When my husband ( who is almost completely deaf and talks very loud) and I went in to talk to them about it we were treated horribly by the woman working there. Since Badcock is not really Badcock (it's now Conns) anymore I will never buy another thing from them again. They changed the interest rate to almost 70 percent,insane. Lawsuit is coming.Adam was always helpful,I don't know what is wrong with the woman but she really shouldn't be interacting with customers.

I bought a Forrester twin over full bunk bed 6 months ago and all the metal slats have popped loose on the full bottom bunk. It's not like you can jump on the bottom bunk. I have 6 and 10 year old grandson's that don't weigh over 140lbs together, so they didn't break because of weight. I feel like they should have lasted longer than 6 months for $750.00. I have called the store 3 times no one answers. Awesome problem solved. Got in touch with the store I bought them from and bam they gonna fix my babies bunk bed. Very quickly I might add. Great place to do business

The Abbeville SC badcock furniture store has been very rude on me over my recent purchase of a$1500 mattress that is defective and it's less than a year old,they have marked my warranty as void and will not do anything for me,very disgusted with badcock employees and the managers
