this place has the worst customer service, i am 20 years old and yet i still need to go to other gas stations for smokes because apparently you need to be born in 2002 to buy smokes which makes absolutely no sense. the tobacco law in saskatchewan or even canada alone is 18+ yet this is only place in saskatoon when you need to be 21. stupid

This place is very good. Always upto mark i would say this shell is one of best shell in city. Moreover the guy with turban is very helpful and i will recommend this gas station to everyoneThanks

This place is awful, it’s too bad stonebridge doesn’t have more gas options or I would never go here but it’s 2 blocks from my home. I go to the co-op as much I can but sometimes in a hurry I pop in. I try to pay at pump and never go in as much as possible because the staff are all rude and unbearable. Glare at you the whole time like they don’t want you there which is bizarre. They need serious customer service training. Giving all your customers the stink eye (every single employee) is SO WEIRD. My daughter said after leaving there once “felt like that guy was staring into my soul, he was scary”. Clearly all the complaints aren’t changing anything so the management must not care.

I only come here because it’s so close to my house (2 minute drive) but every time i go in i feel like an inconvenience to them. i get dirty looks and they just seem so miserable! wont even look at you when you’re trying to be nice so i’ve stopped. sometimes i’ll even give them a dirty look of my own because i’m so sick of it. the younger girl is the worst for me.

Anytime I go there is never paper in pump for receipt and message comes go inside if need receipt, if you wanna keep your pump for pre pay only then keep receipt paper as well.In winter you can get away with cold reason what about when it’s +30.

The lady behind the counter couldn't be bothered to do her job. Every time I come in she's just watching videos on her phone. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Rude staff. I asked if they have brake fluid when I called. The lady today at 7:30 PM says I have no idea what car parts are, and that you have to come in - and then she immediately hung up.

Went to this store to fill up my cars tires and the air compressor hose wasn’t working so I went inside and the dude that was working said “it’s not my business” with a very rude attitude. 0/10 would not recommend going there ever

I bought two-bite cinnamon buns here. Once I bit into one I realized it was extremely mouldy. I went to take it back and they refused to refund me my money. I didn’t think that was an unreasonable request.

Gas pump didn't give option to use my air miles to pay when I went inside the employee said there's something wrong with the pump and there was nothing they could do. What a joke.

Absolutely worst gas station I’ve ever been to. Nothing works at the pump. Can’t pay at the pump. When you go inside to pay stuff is extremely rude. Wont recommend this business to anyone.

Terrible staff. I don’t know how they are still open with horrible customer service. My friend and me went there today around 5 pm and she was having some issue with her transaction . When she went inside to pay. The old bald guy started screaming at her instead of helping her and told her she should read what’s written on the screen instead of helping her.He was very aggressive and started using abusive language. He should be fired for harassing the customers. Would never go there in future and will make sure none of my friends ever go there too.

Had a terrible experience . I was trying to pay with my card on the pump and for some reason my transaction was getting cancelled .I went inside to ask worker to help me and I told him if I can pay inside he started yelling at me saying you should read what is written on the screen and won’t offer me help.
