The gym itself is nice to workout in, but good luck trying to cancel your membership. They’ll tell you to email a random email and never get back to you, plus there are all kinds of start up and cancellation fees. I also read another review of someone whose card was charged after years of cancelling. Scammers for real. Like hotel California, you can check in but never leave.

I terminated my membership from this gym 2 years ago and I got charged today after 2 year! Storing customers credit card information and charging it after cancellation it’s s a extremely big illegal problem.

They never answer their phone and their voicemail is perpetually full. Very difficult to find out info about the Rhode Island Muscle NPC competition, let alone info about the gym.

They never answer the phone, then you need to be a member to enter the gym, no door bell, the website is not user friendly.
