Michaela, my sales person, was great. I was notified several times in the process about the delivery. The delivery people were careful, respectful and very efficient. So far everything is good. I definitely would go back to Wickford again for another appliance.

Couldn’t be happier with total process from the salesperson in store to the installer. I was kept well informed about progress of delivery and the punctuality of said delivery. The installer couldn’t have been better with professionalism and cleanup.
Certainly would recommend.

Needed a full house of appliances and Kristin was wonderful to work with in sales. A little bit of a glitch with installation on the first go around with one installer, but scheduling did a great job to make sure that the correct people would come back to install in a timely manner. Now that the appliances are installed we plugged in the ice maker and it broke after its first use. I called for service and was told they wouldn’t be in my area for a month?!?! Head scratcher, I know. I’m very surprised as this is a new install and isn’t working with a proper leak at the onset. If it had been my refrigerator or stove would they still say, “we won’t be in your area for a month” I’ve never had service where they don’t try and get to you within a few days. Never mind this being brand new appliances, that hadn’t been used. Wanted to give more stars but after sales and scheduling (which did a great job) it kind of went down hill, unfortunately.
