Visited this convenient full-service laundromat to have my weighted blanket cleaned after an unfortunate spill. Upon entering, the manager promptly examined the tag on my blanket and confirmed they could wash it. They issued a receipt indicating a 2-day turnaround at 5 PM, but a friendly clerk assured me it might be ready earlier and that they'd call me.I happened to be in the vicinity during that period, so I agreed, dropped off my blanket, and left with a sense of relief. I awaited their call, but when it didn't come, I decided to call them on the morning of the due date. The employee on the line confirmed that my order was indeed ready for pickup, which was great news.I arrived around noon, but to my surprise, the door to the drop-off desk was closed. However, another helpful clerk quickly appeared to assist. I received my bag of cleaned items, but it felt noticeably lighter. Upon inspection, I discovered that my fitted sheet, top sheet, two dishcloths, and a pair of PJ pants were neatly folded inside, but my weighted blanket was missing.The clerk explained that they couldn't wash the weighted blanket and promptly placed it in my bag on the counter, even including a polite note to confirm this decision. This experience left me with mixed feelings. While I had a reasonably decent encounter at the Full Service desk, I've decided to deduct two stars for the following reasons:1. Despite the promise of an early completion, I did not receive a call to notify me that my order was ready.2. The receipt displayed a pickup time during hours when the desk wasn't open.3. Although initially told they could provide the service, there was a lack of communication to inform me they couldn't fulfill it.

I have been coming to this place for years and it's getting worse people pulling out other people's clothes people messing with other people's washing items being rude when you ask them nicely to stop. I might be changing laundry mats

Dirty! As soon as I walked in there was trash on the floor. You could tell the machines hadn't been wiped down in a long time because of the residue that was on them. I turned around and left. I had checked it out bc of the reviews on yelp. I hope this helps.

Half the machines in here are out of order, dryer doors just open in the middle of the cycle, SERIOUS lack of maintenance and care by the owner. I come once in awhile to wash big blankets but I used to come a lot as my last house didnt have a good well. Its been going downhill for 2 years. Go somewhere else and save your time and aggravation. Not to mention its quite expensive compared to other local laundromats. I will NOT be back.

staying at Burlingame state park, clothes and blanket got wet in a sudden rainstorm. drive to north end suds in 18 minutes. this place is amazing, modern machines, restroom, there are books to read while you wait. looks like 0.74 cents for 8 minutes of dryer - totally reasonable price.I tip my hat to the owner of this establishment.

I've been going here for the last couple of years and today someone took my clothes out of the dryer so they can use it. Also last year someone took one of my beach towels.

Clean efficient and friendly service. Dropped off a bunch of comforters, towels and clothes. Staff did an excellent job of cleaning and folding ( amazing fold job!!). Bravo North End Suds!
