I really think this place does hi quality craftsman ship. However, their management and customer sales team is sloppy and crooked. I was given a betterment estimate of $120 dollars but they tried to charge me $550 after the work was done. That’s a huge discrepancy and what’s weird is that the manager came out and tried to bully me into paying. I would recommend you run, not walk away from this shop

I can’t say enough good about John Sposato (estimator) He was very professional, and fixed the terrible scratch and horrible green paint that someone did to my brand new car! Excellent work, and Ginny (coordinator) was so very helpful, and very knowledgeable!
I highly RECOMMEND this company to everyone!

Great service, my car came out pristine. It’s my first 2022 Lexus, NX350 fsport and it means a lot to me. I was devastated when it got hit while parked. I couldn’t believe it when I picked it up, like it just rolled off the lot brand new again. Everyone was a pleasure to work with (Ginny, Kima and team). They let you know everything along the process. The work performed and attention to detail was all perfect. Super happy, highly recommend. Thank you guys!!

I brought my vehicle in for bumper reflector replacement and a bumper repair. It was a pleasure to work with all the staff from the front desk (Ginny) to the repair leads (Christine and Frank). They were very responsive and informative with any and all updates. The entire process was seamless. And the assistance with the insurance company was extremely helpful. They basically handled everything. I highly recommend them for any collision repairs.

I had an unfortunate accident where I parked in a spot that had a big nail sticking up. I was driving my brand new 2024 Porsche Macan GTS. The car only only had 1000 miles on it. I was totally devastated and didn’t want to bring my brand new car to a collision center!
Right away on the phone Ginny was absolutely incredible. She eased all of my concerns and was so very kind.
Kimi Followed through on all of my requests, including not vacuuming interior or washing the exterior of my car as I am trying to preserve the new car smell.
Cecelia, the rental car person, was so kind and lovely. She helped me get into an SUV too.
They did ann excellent job on the repair and my car still smells new!
The best part is they anticipated it being 3 weeks and it was only 10 days.
I hope I don’t have to have my car worked on again, but if I do, I will be happy to return.

We were disappointed that the car was a total loss. Given the price of used cars we were hoping that your center could have repaired it within the insurance company!s parameters. Your staff was very accommodating and professional.

I brought my Smart Car here for passenger side front fender damage because the Mercedes website had pre-painted plastic body panels in red and "in stock" in Boston, and as such did not want to use regular body shop. After a month or more in the shop and after I exhausted my insurance rental car coverage I got the car back. At first I thought it looked good and, they did use OEM Mercedes/Smart car parts. Then I noticed that the hood had a larger gap with fender on the side that was repaired. On further examination I noticed that fender on the inside support member had a hole which on the other side had a plastic nylon attachment pin. It was obvious they left the attachment pin off and that was the cause of the gap. I took it back because they guaranteed the work and was told to talk to the body shop person who told then said that the the side that was repaired does not have a pin and the hole is there for no reason. I thought does this person really think we are that stupid in this country? I then sold the car which affected the value of my car, all this over and nylon plastic pin. It's obvious these people don't know what they are doing and this was a Smart car, which is one of the easiest cars to repair. Look at the photos and notice the white plastic or nylon pin on one side and the hole on the other and see what you think. There is also a black pin missing from the non repaired side which I suspect they took off use for the repaired side. These pins cost pennies and anyone can order them on Amazon...and they work on Porsches here?! What a joke.

It was horrible, no communication. No customer skills decided not to work on my car for 2 months and receive a payment to work. And Have the nerve to tell me someone forgot to order some parts. But you have my car for 2 months and yes I got mad and was yelling because of that their Refuse to work on my car because I gave them my attitude. I recommend nobody to go there. So i am not suppose to be upset

Kima John and team were extremely help dealing with insurance and communicating throughout my repair process. All bases were cover and not a clip was left unchecked. Car was returned clean and detailed, driving as good as new. Would fully recommend this shop to anyone in in RI needing work on their car.
