Just called for a inspection sticker and even tho I wasn’t able to get it done, the customer service was amazing, helped me find a good place to go and helped with all the correct info I need since I just moved to RI. I will def be calling them if any car needs. Just because of the customer service.

Have known Peter an Arthur for years. They are honest good guys. Their work is top notch and this is where i send friends an family. Great old school service station.

Wanted to make an appointment to have my breaks fixed. Was rudely greeted with a 'what do you want' attitude. Turned right around and left. One star because that's the default. Must have a lot of loyal long term customers if this is how they greet prospective new clients.

Fast, expert brake service. Trust them. They know their stuff. To save the customers money, they allow customers to purchase parts from outside sources and bring them in (Auto Zone). However, there is a slight bump in the per-hour labor charge ($120 vs. $110) for that privilege. One annoying thing was a set three-hour labor charge for both front and rear brakes for what actually took only two hours. Some brake jobs are fast and easy and some are not, so shops should charge for the actual time it took.

I’ve taken my car in for repairs and oil changes. The guy who owns it is always so polite and helpful. He gets my car back so quickly and is very fair with his pricing. I’ve felt like some mechanics have tried to hustle me in the past but he’s always honest and sticks to the quote. I recommend him to all my friends.

This place was recommended to me by my Boss and I’m so happy with the service. Arthur and Peter are amazing at what they do. I also needed to get my car inspected and they did that for me one less thing for me to worry about. I don’t even live in Warwick but worth the drive they were very honest and very reasonable price.
