Terrible as soon as you buy a car. Bought a used car, buy process was seamless and quick. Before I drove off the lot, I pointed out condensation in the tail light, which my salesman promised to get fixed asap. Waited for and email, didn’t get one, emailed him several times, got a response to one regarding another issue but completely ignore everything about the tail light. Showed up at the dealership, confirmed my details with my salesman (who again promised to get on it) and still nothing, called and nothing. When I showed up with my car for maintenance and asked about it, they said they could do 50% off. Not sure if it was the sales team or just how they do stuff there but not okay either way.
After posting review they promptly fixed it. Well done to the service and management teams
