Received this delightful floral arrangement for my 60th birthday on Tuesday. Just as beautiful and fresh today (Saturday)! Of course, my cousin in Florida who ordered them on line was relieved to learn this. Feel confident ordering from The Greenery here in little Warren, Rhode Island!

This florist's is the best one in Warren and surroundings. We bought flowers for our wedding (brides bouquet, hair garland andcenterpiece) and couldn't be happier about our choice. Ladies in the shop asked us about preferences, colors, references. As a result, I got the exact flowers I'd imagined. Even better actually. Thank you Bridget and everyone who was working on our order. Highly recommended!

A quaint little shop in town I found online. When I entered I was politely greeted and ask if she could help. I ask if they delivered and yes was the reply. She asked the price range and I mentioned $50.00. The gifts and cards were nothing cute or nice and seemed dusty. I ordered a small bouquet of flowers. When ask for them to be delivered, Ironically, a minimum purchase of $50.00 is required for delivery, not mentioned up front. I took this as deceitful.

Very, very poor customer service. I was looking for advice from a florist, but she wanted me just to tell her what I wanted. She was extremely condescending towards me. It was a very unpleasant experience.

The wonderful owner and employees saved us! We had booked flowers for our celebration thru a different florist, they were unable to get any of the flowers that were ordered and canceled the order with 48 hours notice. They made beautiful bouquets on a extremely short notice that were nicer than we had ordered thru the other florist. We are customers for life!

Bridget provided the flowers for our winter 2022 wedding, and I can't recommend her shop enough! The process was so easy-- Bridget was regularly in contact via email and kept track of all the details on a single doc for our reference. Even after we had to change our venue and flower order, Bridget was able to accommodate our wish list. The arrangements, bouquet, and boutonniere were all stunning, especially the roses and anemones (you can see the large arrangements Bridget made in the back of the photo), and she provided plenty of loose flowers for us to put together smaller arrangements for the tables. Bridget even had the foresight to know that one of our flower choices would get easily crushed by hugs in a boutonniere, and replaced it with a similar looking but hardier variety. Just fantastic service!

I had previously given this shop 5 stars based on an arrangement I received. However, given my experience today on the phone, I am re-calibrating my initial review. I called on behalf of my daughter, who is getting married in July, to get some information. The woman who answered the phone sounded annoyed and curt. After briefly stating why I was calling, she told me to call back another time as "It's Valentine's Day and we're incredibly busy. Even if I took a note, it would get lost in the shuffle." (It's actually the 10th of Feb, but I get it). Then she said she'd check the date real quick to see if they were even available and came back with a "No, we're booked that day". I found her attitude very dismissive and off-putting and wouldn't use that business if they had the last daisies on earth.

This shop has beautiful plants. However, the staff is so rude and unfriendly. I called to ask a question about a plant that I bought there, something that would've taken all of 2 seconds to answer, and the woman on the phone told me in an annoyed tone that she was too busy doing flower arrangements to answer my question, and I should educate myself using google. She acted as though I was such a burden and waste of her time. These are super expensive/overpriced plants, you would think at that price you'd at least be able to call and ask a simple question about plant care. I won't be buying any more of my plants from this shop, and I wouldn't recommend stopping in unless you're looking for negative energy.

What a exceptional experience!Bridget, I applaud you and your whole Greenery Staff for such a memorable form of art displayed on our wedding day.Everything was what we both could of hoped for.My wife flower bouquet was gorgeous. Last week I wanted a flower arrangement, to be delivered, as a birthday gift, to an address in Barrington.I was ordering it from Europe so I contacted through email . I was able to share my VISA details for payment and it was sent within the same day, as I needed it.Thank you!
