Everything was great the day of, until I picked up the truck and the radio knob fell off when trying to turn up the volume. Was assured it was no problem at all and they would make it right, take the truck and enjoy and we will order you a new one I was told. I get it sounds like not a big deal but when your told it will be made right and 3 months later nothing was ever done it’s quite frustrating. You have 48 hours to change your mind on a used vehicle and that’s about as long as the assurance to make it right lasted. It would be one thing to be told from the start nothing would be done but to be strung along for nothing is ridiculous. Other than that everything else was good so just be mindful when buying a used car there.

I was there yesterday and found myself pleasantly surprised with the entire process and atmosphere. I worked directly with Yasine. He was personable, knowledgeable and made the whole process quick, just enough time to pick up my son from school. I highly recommend considering trying this location before committing to another dealership.

Just came back from there, looking at cars with my dad, and one of the workers at toyota really helped me out, im pretty sure, he said his name was yasine, well we really connected and helped me out alot , understands me and helped my dad with alot of questions, great staff aswell, nice, kind, and great all around work enviroment, i recomend anyone if they want a good brand new car to come here, you will not regret!! My experience of Having the pleasure Of going into Toyota of Smithfield was made by your best sales representative Yasine Shomali. Not only was Yasine Shomali Informative he had extensive knowledge of all the cars and what my car needed. I felt comfortable speaking to him because of his genuine understanding of what I needed. Yasine Shomali was very patient and took the time to look at all the options with out rushing me. I will continue to keep going to Toyota of Smithfield due to there trustworthy services!
