Big improvement. Had switched to Warren Ave due to lack of help, unexpected closings of the pharmacy, general lack of interest by staff. However have been in there in the last month or so several times and seen great improvement so since it is closer to my home I will give it another try.

I hope this is one of the stores they are closing. I came in recently obviously in a hurry, and 3 staff members were just standing around talking. I went up to the register and they continued to hang out before one of them came to the register like a sloth. I appreciate that retail workers aren't paid well and dealing with the public sucks, but for other people, time is money. General courtesy and anticipating a good customer's needs are important. Bags aren't provided when you buy stuff. I took an empty candy box from the counter to transport my goods to my car. I avoid this place now. Hope CVS comes in after WG is gone.

I have been going to this location for years for my scripts ever since I moved to Rhode Island. 99.9% of the time everyone is amazing. But today I went to get my scripts. I know it is Friday and people want their meds for the weekend. I was told by the ( Hindu women) "I will be right with you" ( With an attitude) I responded with "No problem" As she started walking to me she had to send a text and continued to send texts before waiting on me. Then with an attituded again she said, " Name?" As I gave it to her she picked up her phone again to answer another text. As she went to get my order her phone went off and she had to stop waiting on me again and go back to her phone. It continued with the bad attituded and the texting the whole time I was there. I will still go to this location but if she is working I will wait till she is not working. She has no customer service at all.

Walgreens in Riverside has not had any bags for months. Today was the last time I'll shop there. From now on I'll go to CVS. It's too bad because I like the workers there. Sorry Walgreens but I shouldn't have to juggle my purchase out to my car. And I refuse to purchase your reusable bags.

Excellent service and professional pharmacists. Worlds better than the CVS that’s closer to me.

Fantastic pharmacy. The people who work there remember our names and are always so friendly and helpful. I feel fortunate to have this as my neighborhood pharmacy.

The Walgreens Pharmacy is Riverside works very hard to keep customers happy. Today a young lady named Mariah was able to quickly answer my question.

Worst pharmacy in the city. Waited for almost 45 minutes to be helped. The whole time the pharmacy tech just talked to a couple who were waiting for boosters but did not have the right paperwork. The guy went home to get his phone and the tech continued to make us wait while he talked to the guys wife and showed her his vax records( unprofessional at the least). When the couple were finally done, he went to the side door and talked to the front-end cashiers. I finally said something and he just said "I am working on it" never apologized for the wait or even acknowledged the fact that I was waiting for over 30 minutes even while he stared at me in the line. May I add that while the guy went home for his phone, the lady said "I am sorry for holding you up, I'll step to the side." In which he replied, "No, do not be sorry, it's fine, there is no one here" and looked at me and smirked... super great CUSTOMER SERVICE.When I left there were 5 other people waiting in line. My mom was trying to cash out in the front end and all the cashiers (4) were in the back talking to their friend and the pharmacy tech! I WOULD NOT recommend this pharmacy unless you love spending your whole day in line and being laughed at, talked down to and ignored. :) The sad part is, the manager, Derek of the Willett Ave location is a nice guy, he just hired really arrogant and incompetent people!

The absolute worst pharmacy experience I’ve dealt with in my life. They are obviously dealing with major staffing/corporate issues combined with the renaming pharmacists don’t actually care if you get you’re able to get your medically necessary medication. It’s almost like if there’s any issue they aren’t concerned about customer care, they’re only interested in customer retention and keeping your drugs within the Walgreens organization. The pharmacy will randomly be closed at unannounced hours for random lengths of time.
