Reached out with some questions on product. Spoke to Jim who said he'd look into my questions and get back to me. Waited a few days, and followed up with Jim after not hearing back. Emailed and left a voicemail over the next few days. Jim never reached back out. After waiting another week, I tried again and this time spoke with Serena. Serena was helpful and spent time answering my questions. She said she'd send me a quote for the items we discussed. However, she never sent the quote or the water sample container she said she'd send. I was planning on spending over $3000 on water treatment equipment but went with another vendor after this experience.
Its noteworthy to understand that all these companies are selling the same exact equipment, just rebranded with their logo. Go with whoever give the best service - which is clearly not Aqua Science.

Recently made a purchase with Aqua Science online from Canada, had an issue with the pump and found out Aqua Science is very honorable and I ended up very happy with how things were quickly resolved - all you can ask really! I would recommend them based on their stellar customer service. Thanks!

Aqua Science installed my water system 20 years ago. I have never been that happy with the service. When the service guys left one day, they left my water system unplugged. It was unplugged for a pretty long time before I noticed the rust in my water. When I contacted them I got a nasty employee and a threatening letter from the owner accusing me of lying and stating that their service guys would never leave the system unplugged. Now, my system went down on a Saturday morning. I called them all day and no one got back to me. I had to cancel a dinner party. They never called back after leaving four messages. There are better companies out there. Don't bother with this one.

I had my initial experience with Aqua Science today and am extremely pleased.I placed an online order over the holiday and called them for a status check and was informed that the order was ready for shipment. Being local, I requested pickup instead so I can get to work on my project right away. They were happy to hold my package at the warehouse and I did just that. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I got home and noticed that one of the fittings was incorrect. I called, left a message, and got a return call within 15 minutes. I offered to stop back to swap but they knocked my socks off and offered to have someone make a special delivery to me.If this the their standard, they have forever won my business today. I will be defaulting to Aqua Science for all my water needs.

Got a great pump that is unavailable from any local sellers in 2 days during the holidays. Pump is installed and working perfectly. We had replaced this pump 6 years ago in an emergency and just bought the best the big box store had in stock. I plan on buying another Gould pump from Aqua Science and having it on hand for future use. This new pump is like a Corvette compared to Kia in its performance. No regrets and family loves full pressure showers
