I had a disappointing experience with this tow company due to significant delays. Despite expecting a prompt response, I waited for more than two hours for assistance. This extended wait was inconvenient and disrupted my plans. Improved punctuality would greatly enhance customer satisfaction.

They give you a time to show up and still make you wait over an hour for them to show up after waiting over a week to try and get someone to show up and open the gate in the first place. Didn't tell me there was a delay either and had to call them to find out what was happening. Poor service .

Tried to charge me over 250$ for a 1 mile tow for a motorcycle... when asked i was told it needs to be strapped down. (And it was 2am) which i just believe he knew he had me over a barrel ... anyway i left the bike and got a tow for 75$ at 9am

They claimed they were burglarized and cut out the most important part to my truck the catalic converter and manifold now my truck wastes gas like never before total con they show up like it's to rescue but not your rescue, it's their own pocket. So where's this so called justice...just more proof that this city's still a plantation.Service: Special vehicle towing

Practically the only towing company in Providence that was open on the weekend, actually answers their phone, and takes credit card. They have a professional dispatcher, relatively quick service, and although their rates were a little higher than other places I called, they allowed me to pay over the phone so it was worth it.

When they arrived to tow my car they did not put the car in neutral before chaining it up and pulling it onto the bed of the tow truck. My car was dragging because the gears was still in park..... my tires were scratching against the concrete. I hope there was no other damage done to the car while this was happening. By the time he realized the car was in park it was already fully on the bed of the tow truck.

I had a great experience with Sterry Street Towing. I would like to especially thank Josh, the towing driver, for his outstanding customer service. He showed up on time and waited with me for more than 2 hours and a half at a car lot to pick up my vehicle. We had such a horrible experience with the other company because they were very late and rude. Josh was very professional and polite the whole time he was there. I need to emphasize this one more time but Josh waited with me for more than 2 HOURS WOW!Service: Car towing

I was broken down in R.I. on the side of 95. I had a flat on my trailer. (No spare) I have AAA but didn't think they covered trailers so I called Sterry Street. I explain what I needed. He quoted me $125. I asked if he had a better price if I was an AAA member. He told me to call AAA and the tow would be free. I thanked him. I called AAA but they don't help at all if it's a flat on a trailer. So I called Sterry Street back and told him I would need him. He told me he made a mistake and it would cost $175. I reminded him he had already given me a quote of $125. He said the price increased. Pay or go somewhere else. I decided to call other tow companies. All were cheaper than $175. Sterry Street tried to take advantage of me. Knowing AAA wouldn't help. The message was clear. If you don't agree to use us right away, the price increases. Terrible business practice and customer service.
