I spent 15 minutes waiting just to tell me that they can't cash my check before me there was another lady she waited for 20 minutes got to the window just to be told to wait so she left she called the manager to report it but they make her look like she was the problem I'm just closing my accounts ignorant people avoid... read full comment

Recently I was in Federal Hill and needed to get some cash, the Bank of America ATM was about 2-3 blocks away but the Santander ATM was just across from where I was (DePasquale square). The location is convenient to the busiest section of Federal Hill. I walked over, got my cash and continued with my walk around the Hill.
