I feel completely violated, one of the tellers at this location gave my mother who has ZERO authorization towards my bank account information about balances in both my checking and savings. I have made an appointment to go withdraw all of my cash on Monday as this is absolutely not ethical. She is very good friends with one of the tellers there and I know that is why she was given this information that she has absolutely no moral or legal right to. I am APPALLED that this would happen. This institution needs to really retrain before they have a lawsuit on their hands.

Don't like citizens Bank. They do get you with a triple overdraft fee. I was -1.18 and deposited my 16 year olds first job check. The check was for $120 and they took a whole $96 over $1.18 overdraft and I had to pay the $96 back to my son. Yes they do take your money really easy. That's robbery not good banking at all.

There only seems to ever be two tellers on even when the line is close to the door. For this volume of a bank, they should staff appropriately. The tellers themselves are nice and provide a nice customer service.

This bank has the worst customer service of any citizens Bank. I have been in this bank twice to get change. Both times it has taking me over 25 minutes. And it's not because the bank is busy. It's because they have one teller on. And she thinks it's social hour not workTime. When there's five people standing in line and you stay in there talking to a customer through the window it is absolutely ignorant.

Citizens Bank should be avoided. Their fees are numerous and high, and they use dishonest trickery to get their customers to pay more fees. My experience is instructive: I had been a good customer for six years, but because of a confluence of events, PayPal pulled money out of my account right before three checks came in to clear. That was right before a holiday, and Citizens was closing early even though the day before the holiday was not a holiday in itself (they shouldn't have done that). As a consequence, I couldn't get money into the bank to cover the checks. The checks then came in to clear in the order of smallest to largest, and I should have been charged one $39 overdraft fee; but Citizens re-ordered the withdrawals from largest to smallest so that I was charged three fees. This is what I mean by "trickery". Only the greediest banks use tricks like that to raise money from their customers. If you are looking for a bank, you would be better off at a savings bank or credit union.
