Horrible service! I went in for notary service and this guy just talking to colleague for almost an hour totally ignoring me. No wonder this branch is closing. No customer service. What a shame!

This branch is super slow!!! They seem to be very disorganized. Most of my time is spent waiting in line. And then when you finally get to a teller, you get rushed through your transactions!

Went to this branch with a account problem that required a manager.So after a small wait I Was greeted and sat down in the office to addrthe problem. The woman who was attempting to assist me could not had acted any more as if I was a nuisance and was extremely rude with her demeanor.Will not b using this branch for banking ever again.So in closing. I'm sorry to had bothered you miz bank manager

CHRONIC wait times ….they clearly don’t care about people having jobs and can’t wait in line for ever !!!!! Their excuse is they are working on improving their system …..unacceptable!! Worst branch EVER…..oh, and their rude to top it

Horrible bank holds its own checks for 3 days. My other bank allows mobile deposit and half of the funds are available. This is the second time citizens has held a check it’s ridiculous. Do not use this bank

I have had a checking account at Citizens Bank for many years. I wanted to use the drive thu window today to make a deposit, but two different branches in Cumberland,RI no longer have drive thu windows to make a deposit. They have signs up stating they are doing business a little different because of the coronavirus for my safety. I would rather do my business from the window of my car. What could be safer than that? It's apparently safer to get an actual test for the virus through your car window, because that's how most of the tests are being done now. Is there a citizens bank left anywhere with a drive thu window?
