This is the worst branch in the state of rhode island there is never enough staff they are always in a bad mood all the time it seems like a party there talking among themselves and ignoring the people who arrive every time I go to change a check for my business I get They don't have bills of 10, 5 or 20 and if they have them they have to go look for them in the safe and they get in a bad mood, the situation in that place is incomprehensible.??

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. Being Hispanic may help. Slow. Ignorant. Worst location I've been to ever. Teller walked away while there was a line. Eventually once helped, I was told she wouldn't cash my check because a letter was thickened. Considering managers were hiding somewhere the entire time I was there, about 30 minutes, I had to go to another location. Went to another location, they had no problem cashing it. Both me & check were BOA. Ridiculous.
UPDATE: They sent a computer generated response. How insulting. Sometimes it better to say nothing.

If the manager is in the branch, customer service works wonderfully because the man is a star, but if the former employees are alone, they treat you the way they want. There is never enough staff and if they have two customer service representatives, they make them both attend appointments and then the people who go to the bank to even put in a pin for a card must make an appointment and leave even though they urgently need the card. In other branches there is good management on the part of the collaborators and there is always staff to attend to all types of needs.

Very bad service I went to change my pin to a debit card and after waiting 2 hours no one could assist me, the employees were very inefficient

i’ve had years of going there and you know they are nice and know who me and my mom are. Now i don’t even want to step in that location, how are you gonna yell at me in line not even knowing my situation. Customer service is horrible, if i knew her name i would definitely put it down but she’s a window teller and she yelled at me because I wouldn’t go ahead but I was waiting for my mother to come and I let everyone go up front of me and they never had a problem with it, other customers like me are nice about it. It’s also not my first time doing it so she honestly had no need to raise her voice at me. The guy worker who stepped me aside and gave me an explanation was at least nice about it but that women was rude and if she would’ve done without raising her voice and giving attitude, maybe adding another horrible review of customer service could’ve been prevented.

I hope you guys do better with customer service. I called to inquire about a routing number to this location. I don’t live in Rhode Island and I’m just trying to set up a funds transfer but I needed to confirm the routing number. The lady that answered the phone was rude and said she can’t confirm the routing number to the bank.. She’s lucky I didn’t get her name because I would’ve reported her to the corporate office. I wasn’t asking for any account information and she hung up on me when I told her it’s 2023. If you’re not going to provide customer service just don’t answer the phone. Do better

This branch is no good. Not convenient in so many ways. No drive through ATMs and there is always a long line for everything you need to do. And I get the vibe the managers don’t want black people banking there. So disgusting

This bank location is no good. There's usually only ONE teller and MANY, MANY customers in line. At one point I counted 17 people in line with only ONE teller on a Saturday and a few customers came inside the location and walked right back out. Also the tellers sometimes conversate with the customers when the transactions are done hollding up the line while other customers are waiting. Unprofessional and I will make sure from now on I WILL go to other locations if and when I have to do any teller transactions. Do better!!

Overall Bank of America is slightly better than Citizens Bank but this branch is terrible. The tellers are polite but the branch managers are unpleasant if you’re black. Smh. Improve your customer service but not like how you try to “improve your race”.

We always have a great experience at this bank. For a very busy location, they manage to keep their cool and provide excellent customer service. The location is spotless, and seems recently renovated. The manager, tellers and bankers are friendly and very dedicated to the work.
