This bank needs to make the Valley St. exit/entrance and make it just an exit onto Valley St., then take their San Souci Entrance/Exit and turn that into an entrance only. San Souci is a one way street and would ease traffic and congestion in the area as well as stopping the dozens of drivers that come out and go the wrong way up the street causing accidents and near misses. The Valley St. exit only would alleviate the back flow of traffic that empties into the Olneyville Square junction that is already busting the seems. People wait and try to get into the parking lot there and cause massive traffic jams and a real problem for people in the community. I've been nearly hit dozens of times around that area and have seen many of others in similar situations. I cross that intersection all the time and so do groups of children, joggers, other pedestrians and cyclists. This is a hazard and hinderance to the neighborhood that would be taken care of with two metal signs and perhaps some paint on the ground for arrows. I have called the bank center several dozen times and never have gotten through to anymore. I have called their customer service and got as far as I could without really getting anywhere. The customer service said to go in and ask to speak to the branch manager but I'm not sure what authority they really have but I will be trying that next. Sad to say I am a customer of this bank and it's blatant disregard to community road and health of traffic in this congested area. And frustrated to be a member who gets charged monthly fees to help keep these retail spots open only to have it cause problems. I have reached out to city planning in Providence and have gotten no where, I'm not sure who approved this traffic route but it needs to be evaluated. Also, I'm only writing this because it seems BOA gets back to bad reviews and that seems to be the only way of contact with them. We'll see I guess.

I've been trying to contact people there to try scheduling an appointment, The website is saying that I can't schedule an appointment on any BOA near me. I've been trying to call for several weeks and nobody picks up the phone. You guys need better customer service because it is getting me upset that nobody is picking up the phone

Biggest thieves ever.. they wanted to charge me $8.00 dollars to cash a check from their OWN BANK..which I thought was extremely ridiculous. ...Do not bank here.

From the moment I walked into the bank until I was able to make my deposit with the teller, forty (40) minutes had passed! On a Monday around 1pm!

Complete shitshow, messes up city traffic and lines take forever. When I came in to set up a bank account and I wanted to setup automative payments, the guy who took care of me lied in my face that I couldnt use a citizen back checking account (implying i needed to make a account with them) when the lady from my last visit said I could.

I got there right as they were closing and just needed to deposit money, but the guy wouldn't let me in and didn't even let me know that I could've used the ATM to deposit money. Real helpful.
