Had an issue with one of the sensors on my tires; made an appointment for the following day, took the car in and left probably 15 minutes later with the issue fixed and no charge. Very professional and very helpful staff. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Very grateful for Marcus! He helped me out immediately and turned my bad day around! It is rare to have a good customer experience these days and Marcus not only helped me get my tire replaced quickly, he also helped find the best price for me. I am very thankful.

I had an appointment at the Town Fair Tire on Douglas Ave today and not only was I acknowledged immediately, but my car was looked at promptly then serviced not too long after. my appointment was for a TPMS check (of which Marcus and I had a big laugh about) and resulted in a screw having to be removed. I was in and out within the hour but honestly nothing beats service with a smile and the laugh I 100% needed today. Thank you Marcus for the prompt service and overall pleasant experience.

I was greeted by Joe upon entry, who was very friendly and professional. I explained my concern of the situation that was taking place with my tire. Joe documented the concern, and was able to take my car and review and evaluate the issue. I appreciate his friendly and attentive manner.

I was very pleased with my overall visit at Town Fair Tire. Rob was the gentleman working at the desk that took the lead on my appointment. He was nothing short of respectful, answered all of my questions & had a good sense of humor! I definitely plan on stopping by in the future to have my vehicle serviced ??

I came out of work to find I had a screw in my tire. I had over 30 miles to drive home, so I had to have it fixed. I went to the North Providence Town Fair, Rob fit me right in and had me out of there in under an hour. He was so helpful, understanding and accommodating. I highly recommend North Providence Town Fair. And a huge thank you to Rob for being my hero on Friday.

I had a very good experience at Town Fair Tire today. Was expecting to have to replace my tire but a nail was removed and patched at no charge! I was thrilled! The gentleman at the desk was awesome. He was professional and very nice and explained everything to me. He even recommended a good place for oil changes for me instead of going to the dealership.
