I was in the process of moving on a Friday night and my engine light began flashing. I checked the codes and it was a cylinder misfire so couldn't do much more driving without causing damage. I checked for local places in North Kingstown that were open on a Saturday and, thankfully, found Mulzer's. They had great reviews (of which I am now one) and so I stopped in 8am on Saturday morning hoping they could help.
Boy, did they ever help! Rick, the owner, fit me into a busy weekend schedule and got me back on the road in 2 hours. A class act, through and through. He replaced the spark plugs and an ignition coil. The place is family owned, well decorated and cared for, and has competent mechanics. I strongly recommend them and plan to return.

My dad stopped by here one day about a beater truck that he has needed some work. The owner sent one of his mechanics to my dad's house down the street to take a look. No other shop would have ever done that. Not too long after that my car had an issue it was a holiday weekend and I drove up just to get the hours of operation and one of the mechanics was there and took a quick look at my car even tho he was off the clock. No other shop would do that either. This place brings a new level of excellence. They don't jerk you around and try to sell you things you don't need. They are in my opinion the best shop in NK. I will tell you that they are a busy shop so if you need routine maintenance or you know you need an inspection or oil change in the near future I would recommend booking in advance. But they are great! Wouldn't trust my car with anyone else! Highly highly recommend!

Our new place to bring our vehicles to get serviced. They answered all my questions and the cost for repairs were more than reasonable and fair. So happy to have my vehicle in great condition again. Will be referring my neighbors and friends. Thanks Mulzers!

I would rather wait to bring my car here than any other place around that can get me in sooner. Rick is super honest and calls you personally to discuss the scope of work that needs to be done. Jess at the front desk is also super friendly and great to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Mulzer’s is the place to take your vehicles for repair. It’s a family run, honest business with friendly staff! If Mulzer’s can save you money then they will. I had my 2019 KIA Sorento towed in for an issue & Mulzer’s looked at it and suggested I call KIA as it’s probably covered under warranty and it was! I won’t take my vehicles anywhere else!
