I've worked at Dominion for 4 years and couldn't be happier. Healthy culture, great benefits, wonderful people. The responsiveness during the pandemic and the way everyone rallied to pivot the entire business model and support the state of RI was commendable.Post-pandemic- instead of just sending everyone back to the office, they asked employees what *their* individual preference was and customized plans accordingly. To me, these are sure signs of a company who values its people. And based on client feedback and customer satisfaction surveys- Dominion undeniably aims to provide excellent service internally and externally.

COVID test turnaround times are consistent for the most part and within the timeframes that they say. However, the test kits that they send us are not consistently packed — sometimes requiring manually assembling the kit. Requisition forms don't easily fit into the kit's pocket with one fold like they used to. A myriad of headaches for somebody trying to handle the testing of 100 employees and residents, sometimes twice a week.I look forward to the day where we don't need to worry about testing anymore. Until then, this is a subpar lab for the time being due to consistency issues.

They call their “billers” Internal Account Managers but it’s only data entry. Entering patient’s insurance and diagnosis codes and their demographic information. It is not medical billing in the slightest. There is also something called the error work queue which is where claims get stopped because of an error like a name difference or incorrect insurance ID. The entire job of being a biller is data entry in making sure that patients demographic info is correct. It is very simple work but I want to be a medical biller I do not want to do data entry. The office politics are awful as well I know in every place you work there will be drama but this place is so drama ridden it seems like a joke. The manager turns a blind eye to drama because she is younger than most of the employees and she wants to be seen as cool. I would say the only good thing about this please as the overtime I get a decent amount of overtime so it is hard to go somewhere else where the pay will match what I make.

Waiting on a rapid covid test and it is almost 24 hrs later and no test result. We were told we would get same day results. If I could give zero stars I would.

Unfortunately they do the testing for covid-19. They are the most disorganized group I have ever dealt with. They wrote incorrect info on the report in regards to my gender and now I have to fly with this incorrect info. No one responds to phone calls or emails. It's like they could care less. If you can do any other testing company do it !

Worse lab ever. Picked by DOH Alexander and governor Raymundo to handle covid tests which results are either wrong in the best cases or not effective after weeks of being tested. As a first responder it is critical to get tested often not only for our production and sense of security but also to protect our families and public. Called the lab itself, was given instructions and assured my PCR test result would be available following day. Now a week after no results, no answers... waisted of time and can only hope if I've has this disease not put anyone in jeopardy.

The worst company you could ever possibly use to send lab specimens too. Just google their fraud case. Illegal making claims to Medicare. Awful lab reps, highly unprofessional. If I could award it -100z I would!

I enjoy working for Dominion. The people are very nice and have a great family feeling with them when I call for any reason. Just wish I didn't have to work though a temp. service tho.

Worked in the lab and as a business intern, everyone is very friendly and professional. They have a great family like atmosphere and their employees are very loyal. The lab gets fast and accurate results.

At first I wondered why they had a 2.8 review, now I know. I interviewed with Dominion Diagnostic in Utah and they conveniently did not get back to me about the position, even when I tried contacting the interviewer and the recruiter for more than a week. (They told me I would be contacted in a day).Good news is I got employed by another lab within 4 days of interviewing

1 star goes to the company because I haven't been to the lab. However, working with Vicki Lewis, Carolyn Chambless and Christine Laughlin, these three women are very unprofessional. I've only worked for this company for three weeks under All Medical Staffing. During the interview process they lefted out so much important information that you will eventually find out while working there. You only work 4 hours, they don't compensate you on gas or mileage of your vehicle. They give you this impression that they are on your side but in reality are against you. Vicki and Carolyn and very unprofessional, always out of town or in an "important meeting". They never return phone calls, emails or texts but always have their phone in hand. They talked about the previous and current employers to me. The office had expired vacuum tubes, sharps container full of used needles, no disinfect spray nothing! It's so much I could say. If you are contacted by All Medical Staffing about Dominion Diagnostics run!!! Sad to say my very first job working as a Phlebotomist for this company has been very depressing and discouraging!
