They put together a really nice arrangement for a birthday. I left it up to them to choose the arrangement details and they did really well. The person who answered the phone was professional and polite and explained the delivery process nicely. The price was reasonable for the newport area. The delivery person was very professional too.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called yesterday for some general information and was told " we are much too busy to sit on the phone answering questions please just come in". Female was extremely rude and not appealing to customer service. I will never go there. Ever which is unfortunate because I live local. But will be taking my business elsewhere.

Rude when they answered the phone. Doors were locked when they were supposed to be open. Workers looked at me and let me walk away. Gladly will buy multiple mothers bouquets from a business that appreciates the business. Would not recommend I had heard they were rude there. Definitely confirmed it. Do not give them your business. Unsure how you can “be there since 8” and not unlock the door at when you’re supposed to be open.

I live in a different state but use this florist to send flowers to family members who live in the area. I had used Chaves’ for decades and switched to this florist upon Chaves’ closing. I get EXCELLENT reviews on the quality of floral/plants provided by Waters Edge. Thanks so much. A+ and highly recommended.

Horrible customer service by the owner, Timothy Banks. My husband purchased an orchid for me that began rotting just weeks after purchase. Mr.Banks refused to replace the orchid. My husband shops at Waters Edge several times a year. As Newport locals, we will no longer support The Waters Edge.My review is based on facts. Orchids should not rot within 1 month or 2 months of purchase, period. I discovered mold one month after receiving the orchid as the foliage was dropping and blooms shriveling. As an avid orchid collector for over 10 years, with many thriving plants in my collection, I attempted to save this orchid. The orchid's health continued deteriorating, so I called The Waters Edge and REQUESTED (not demanded) a replacement 2 months after purchase. They should know they sold an inferior product. Mr. Banks responded with a TEXT, not a call, stating my request was unreasonable. No discussion. Therefore, I posted the above review, stating the facts about an abysmal customer experience. As a result, we will find a new floral vendor. Again, just the facts.
