Absolutely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. The staff is rude and unhelpful, making it clear they don't care about their customers. The owner responds to every negative review in a nasty, passive-aggressive way, instead of addressing the actual issues. It's shocking how poorly they treat their customers and how defensive they get when anyone tries to provide constructive feedback. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. Here’s a hint if all these reviews are saying your the problem, maybe listen. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck it’s a duck. Maybe an attitude adjustment is necessary

Absolutely awful customer service. The clerk first scolded my child and adult brother for looking at the sunglasses on the front table. He was handing them to her to try on. The woman said the glass top could easily topple off the table. None of us were even leaning on it, so the store should consider that a huge safety hazard. There are no signs saying don’t touch the sunglasses or that the table is that fragile. Secondly my daughter ran around the corner to go look out the window to find her dad and the clerk then yelled at us. She said “Get her away from the mannequins! Come on!” After reading many of the reviews, seems this store needs a real lesson in customer service. They need to just have a sign at the door that says “We don’t like children so don’t come in if you have them.”

Saw a unique sweater in the window that I really wanted. Went back three times and, even though it says online that it's open, the store was still closed one hour after stated opening time. So disappointed.

The worst shopping experience of my life. They sold me a pair of shoes, when I got home I realised they were a different tone. When I tried to return the faulty shoes I was yelled at, humiliated and kicked out of the store and followed down the street by a second sales assistant.

I absolutley love this little shop! I was here in the summer of 2022 and found several staple clothing items I've worn all year! I came back in the summer of 2023 with cute sandals that had broke a few months ago. The owner was so accommodating despite the fact I brought them back way after the return/refund policy. She offered to replace the shoes or give me a store credit. I was thrilled to walk away with a replacement pair of shoes. I highly recommend this store!

The man that works here (I believe he is the owner) is absolutely NASTY. he is disrespectful, downgrades people, and talks to you as if he regards you significantly less than he is. You would think owning a retail shop you would be all about customer service and wanting people to come in and purchase from you. My friend and I went in, both with simple asks and he was talking on the phone, wouldn't give us a straight answer and even got so pissed he walked out of his own store accusing us of "business interruption." Too bad you lost money from 8 girls right there. Absolutely nasty, do not shop here, he's a miserable and rude

A fun shop on lower Thames in Newport. Real reasonably priced and very fashion forward clothing for women of all ages. Nice owner.

Visiting Newport for vacation, this store was unfortunately the first one I went into. Experienced outright discrimination. Short blonde chubby women followed my little brother around the store non stop. The owner also was there and was rude. This place just gave me the weirdest and strangest vibe. Going to report and leave this same review on as many platforms as I can. I don’t recommend this store at all, not to mention the stuff they are selling does not look good at all.

I love this store & the owners. They are absolutely the nicest people. Every purchasing experience in this store has been a favorable one. The owners were even nice enough to offer suggestions for great restaurants & tours in Newport. I really like their chic styles of clothing. They seem to have some thing for every age group. I have also ordered clothing from them on the phone, which they quickly packaged and mailed to me. I think most people would really like this store.

Bait and Switch! Totally unscrupulous business practices! They chose the wrong customer! I have the envelope and sandals that were changed out from the original Grandco White EXACT SIZE 7! Imagine the surprise visiting the friend who purchased them, watched them be placed in box, paying and trusting these locals to switch them out for a cheaper mass produced sandal size 6-7 BROWN!
