My son wanted some upgrades for his skimboard. Your employee Ryan was extremely kind and helpful and patient. He helped him pick out what he needed and did a great job installing the grips for him. Employees like Ryan will have us definitely returning again!!

My son had a lesson with Sven this past weekend and had a really wonderful time. Sven was patient, helpful, and enthusiastic. Rental gear was in good shape. Hope we can come back again soon.

I did a surf lesson at Narragansett with Kenna (I think that was her name) from warm winds and, although I was too chicken s@#% to actually stand up in the board, she gave me a great lesson and a lot of good tips. I'll definitely be doing a few more lessons here so maybe next year I can buy a board. See y'all next year ?

What can I say? The sheer amount of inventory is mind blowing. We've bought a LOT of gear here, from bodyboards to fins and clothes. Every experience has been great and the staff knows what they're talking about!I've seen some posters out there complaining about the return policy. I actually just had to return a fin that was cracked (from the manufacturer). They were able to replace it with zero hassle. We're lucky to have a local spot with inside knowledge of the spots and equipment. Not to mention ALL THE STUFF!!! Thank you for being awesome!

Shockingly poor and dangerous service. Spent months communicating with them to plan daughter's birthday celebration. Was a task just to confirm the reservation for a lesson for 10 people. When we showed up - parking was a nightmare at the beach. I specifically asked about parking / general info ahead of time. Would have been helpful for the locals to give a couple pointers and maybe let us know that wrist bands need to be purchased for all beachgoers, but whatever - that's on me. Just seemed like a little common courtesy / customer service. Here's the real issue though. 1 instructor for 10 kids!! The beach lesson was maybe one minute long before he had all of them (ages 16 - 5yrs old) walking into ocean and getting pummeled in the break. They had no idea how to protect themselves or others from the surf board getting thrown around. Kids were getting smashed by boards around them. Several of the adults jumped into ocean to help the kids get past the break and stayed in water to ensure they were somewhat safe. The instructor seemed to only give tips to one kid at a time when he was prompted to give a tip (ie - when do you start paddling to catch a wave). Instructor admitted it was too much for him to handle on his own but that's just how WW operates. If it was a group of 10 random strangers there would be two instructors, but apparently when it's a 'private lesson' of 10ppl - only one instructor regardless of how rough the ocean is. Unacceptable. Dangerous. Should be ashamed of themselves. Find another surf shop for your lessons!

Seriously can’t believe the way I was treated here! I’ve bought boards, wetsuits you name it. All from warm winds. Never have I had a problem until now. I buy a pair of shorts that don’t fit me. I’m hoping to go into the store and exchange them for something else and I get told they can’t find the shorts in the system. Actually exactly what he said to me was “you don’t have a receipt and our tag isn’t on them which are two red flags. Trying to imply I stole a pair of shorts? Unbelievable! I was never given a receipt and honestly didn’t think I needed it because every interaction there has been a breeze. I’m so disappointed. I have all three tags still intact on the shorts and bought them 3 days ago! Not to mention the manager who spoke with me and inferred i stole the shorts could not be bothered to try and help fix this situation. One of the girls at the counter even said “I bet I know who rang you out. She never gives customers their slips”. Wow.

Four kids, two instructors, no problem! Drew and Matt were absolutely FANTASTIC! They kept four kids under the age of 11 safe and engaged when none of them had ever surfed before. The kids were over the moon and the adults had a great time watching the kids learn to hang ten. Thanks again to Matt, Drew, and Warm Winds!

Should have left this review a while ago. While traveling I lost a wetsuit (long story). Stopped at Warm Winds right as they opened. When I got to the downstairs wetsuit room, I was in awe. Great selection, fair prices , and superior service.Surfers, this is a core shop. Will be back next time I surf up north for sure.
