NBX is a a great “old school” bike shop. The people that work there are very knowledgeable about how to bring an old bike back to life. My old Cannondale has a lot of sentimental value to me and they completely refurbished it at a very reasonable price. I knew I was at the right place when I saw the classic Chevy truck, the owners, parked out front. I have one myself. Customer service from everyone I dealt with was great! Loved riding the old bike yesterday and it was as smooth as silk. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

Had a bike fitting done with the team at NBX recently. Staff were responsive, took the time to answer all my questions, and genuinely wanted to make sure I had all the information I needed. I never felt rushed or talked down to. Great experience.
