John, Doreen, Randy & Jay took great care repairing my Chevy Volt after it was side swiped by a driver in South Kingstown avoiding a dead deer in her lane. From the time the work began, until completed I was continually informed of the progress addressing all concerns in a timely manner. The owner is TOP NOTCH! Took 2 cars there, he referred me to a cheaper option for a dent, and quickly fixed a for that was bent, no charge. Great people!!!

I've gone to Coastline twice for body work on my Corolla, and had a great experience both times. Most recently, I brought it in for a new door after a fender bender (someone accidentally hit my parked car while backing out of their driveway). In addition to that work, they thoroughly cleaned the car inside and out AND patched a slow leak in one of my tires at no additional charge. Doreen was also extremely helpful in dealing with the insurance company and rental car agency. I highly recommend!Service: Body & Trim

On July 31, my Regal GS was hit by another driver. My Buick dealer, Paul Masse, recommended Coastline Collision and I am very glad that they did.Doreen, the office manager, is wonderful and she arranged for a rental car and kept me well informed over the 6 weeks that they had my car.When I picked up my car, it had been completely cleaned inside and out and looked like brand new. The quality of the work is wonderful and I am thrilled to have it back in like new condition.If you are in the unfortunate position of needing auto body work done, I highly recommend Coastline Collision.

Brought a car a few months back and they told me it was totalled and would cost $5000-$6000 to repair. Took it to my local repair shop and the did got the same "totalled" car up and working for $1500. Clearly something doesn't add up...

After being rear-ended at a red light, I had my car fixed at Coastline Collision. They took care of having a rental car ready to go at their site for me. They handled all of the insurance issues. They were always pleasant to deal with. Last, but of course not least, they did a beautiful job on my car. It looks brand new! I highly recommend them.

If you ever need any body work done this is the place to go!!!! I went to Coastline because I got rear ended. The staff was wonderful and kept me informed during the whole process. I decided to go back to coastline when I noticed the hood of my car was rusting. Instead of just giving me an estimate and taking my money, they recommended that i contact the dealership I bought the car from because it looked like a paint defect. They were right!!!!!! They could have easily just taken my money but they went the extra mile and I am so grateful!
