Their website and door says they open at 9a.m monday thru Saturday and yet i will get here around 9-9:10 a.m and they are still closed. It is now 9:30 a.m and i am still sitting in the parking lot waiting. This is ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They lost a star because they didn't have what I was looking for, but as for their customer service: the woman that assisted me couldn't have been more helpful, relatable, and sincere... the kind of customer service that can't be taught.

God I love this store,, people are so kind and helpful, very chill environment and they donate to animal shelters instead of having a tip cup! Love the art here there is an amazing selection!

A decent Location, occasionally doesn’t have the item I’m looking for. If it’s electronics just make sure you realize what model it is. I got an older mode of the pulsar APX volt which if I would’ve realized earlier I would’ve just bought the newer one online for the same price

Massive selection of glass pipes if that's your thing, various tobacco products, vape stuff also. Staff is solid in every encounter I've had. Priced fairly.

I could go to any smoke shop, but Chris is so knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. With so much products to choose from, he helps you select exactly what you need. He's the reason I frequent this store & go no where else!!!
