They don't deserve a single star (but in order to post this i had to pick a star). The Salesmen Bruce and Owner are SNAKES . Sold a struggling, single mom of 2 a lemon. To be specific a 2017 Hyundai Elantra (Silver , that they plan on selling so beware!) Said they would give a full refund, until i went in and they refused to give back $600 essentially stealing $600 from my children. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

I recently bought a car Passat from Bruce at Best Wheels. He was great to deal with. The water pump went shortly after the warranty was up and they offered to cover some of the cost. I highly recommend doing business with them.

My brother-in-law referred me to Best Wheels and I so happy he did because I was able to find the vehicle I've been searching for this whole year. Their salesman, Bruce, was helpful and patient. I'm never going to a large car sales lot again...i can't imagine I would get the same customer care anywhere else.

I really like Best Wheels imports. They really pay attention to what your needs are and Bruce was extremely helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and spent in depth time helping me find it. My husband and I plan to go back soon for our second vehicle.

I purchased a Mini Cooper from this place in October 2,2023 and in December 2023 the car turned off at a red light twice. I went to tell them and was informed my warranty was up. The week of Christmas the car would not turn on at all. Had it towed to a mechanic and was informed it was the starter. For me this car dealer no way did not know that the starter was going on this car. I will never recommend this place. I had the car for not even 2 months. And they will tell you oh we have been here 30 years. Well to me you have screwed people here and there over the 30 years.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Bruce and Ali really care about their customers. This was my first time buying a car and they walked me through it step by step and we’re so kind the entire time. Ali constantly kept me updated on the status of the car and every time I was in they were nicer than the last time. I love my car so much, I am so grateful I stumbled upon this dealership!!!!

Far and away the quickest, easiest car buying experience ever! For all fellow shoppers, if a dealer has a great price posted, no need to try to get a better price! They priced it with their best number to bring us in! Just check your pricing tools to make sure it's a good deal but at this place it's almost a guarantee they are priced right! Thanks guys, u run an excellent lot!
