Jack helped us out so much and we realized after the first week how much we needed him. Not any loan officer - HIM. He was THE guy to make it all happen. He extended himself beyond what a loan officer does and we 100% would not be in the home we are in now we’re it not for Jack Flynn. He helped us when our realtor had a family emergency and really kept everything together when we were facing uncertainties. Jack made everything so easy, he works hard, and is a genuinely good person. Thanks for everything Jack, words are not enough.

Working with Fairway gave me the best of both worlds: I was able to walk into a real office near where I live and have real relationships with real people, while at the same time getting rates and estimates just as good (if not better!) and answers to my questions just as quick (if not more quickly) as any web-based lender. A mortgage is such a big deal that you'd have to be crazy to trust some national company that doesn't have a stake in your community. If you're in South County, then Fairway in Exeter is your neighbor, and they'll be looking out for your best interests as a good neighbor should. Process went more smoothly and quickly and with better financial results than I could possibly have expected. It really was the best of both worlds.

Great experience! I just closed on a house through this company and Jack Flynn was exceptionally detailed oriented, timely and accessible. The professionalism and customer service from Jack and his team exceeded any experience I've had throughout a home buying process. John & Dina were fabulous! They started with the education, starting me from scratch explaining the process; John did a zoom call with me, showed me the different rates that i potentially qualified for & explained the whole process. In addition to that, he sent timeline, with check boxes that updated every time there was a status change on my loan. So not only did i feel like i had a choice on the offerings on the table, i also felt like i was well updated every step of the way. Dina was awesome too, she was available via phone & txt and was ready to share any details needed.

I have used this company twice to refinance my home. We worked with Bobby D. mainly, who is highly experienced, knowledgeable, and now a friend. However, the whole team at Fairway was involved and invested in us. They consistently delivered on everything they said they would and more. They provided constant and consistent communication and answered all of our questions promptly and in a way we could easily understand.
