I wish I could give it a ZERO. The guy is a jerk, the one that looks like baby Huey with glasses. I leaned up against a wobbly table and he said " wow dude you slammed the table against the wall" I said that he was combative and he said I should get the "*****" out of here. He was snide an combative before as well. I asked if he had a deal on vape fluid on *the same day and he said that the " deal " he had was selling flavored fluid to me illegally. The guy was a jerk. There are better places to go than this place for sure.

My opinion is that they are the most knowledgeable vape store in the Providence metro area. Most other stores pale in comparison. When I need a mod, coils or batteries they are my chosen location. The only areas I see for improvement would be a wider selection of liquids and a website that I could order from. I wish they would sell base liquids and a lot more flavors of juice so I can mix my own juice. Still, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and I doubt they make the decision on what is supplied. I was spoiled as I lived in Germany for 5 years and they tend to have bigger vape shops with far more industry and the ability to see huge online selections for delivery to your home as soon as you upload age verification using a secure ID upload.

Best Vape shop around! So much knowledge about the products when I quit smoking and what would be the easiest transition. Been going there for a year and a half and never go elsewhere.
