I was in and out in literally 15 mins!! They got me right in, took x-rays, got me situated with a splint and I was on my way! I waited 5 days in pain because I dread the wait of urgent cares... but I should have went when the injury first happened! The Dr and staff were so welcoming and friendly. I would not hesitate to go back if need be!

I gave a 2 but I was going there and they will give you antibiotics if you don't need them and than blame you for coming back for yeast infection and after going there few times they told me I can't go there find a Dr ?what bothers me become he couldnt figure out whats wrong he told me i couldnt come back thats not nice !!! I'm to nice and left and ask why ? He wouldn't say ! ?I can't believe someone could throw you out because he didn't no how to help me what also bothers me is they talk about people after they leave I heard them a few times but said nothing ?

Great experience. In and out. Sent me my bill I paid over the phone and the following week they sent my receipt. Great great service can't say enough about how wonderful they were

Not sure why the reviews are so bad, I’ve been coming here for decades and it’s fine. There’s been doctors that are terrible here but this was a decade ago. It’s an urgent care center, not the spa….

Went in sick myself and my two children very friendly and professional doctors came in right away didn’t wait long at all checked us all out diagnosed us and sent medication right to pharmacy explained everything before we left very good walk in center

No hours on door, no voicemail with hours. Waited 45 minutes before they were supposed to open and they never opened. It’s not that hard to post hours on the door.

Front desk is EXTREMELY horrible and super unhelpful. I've told her I've been here before and she completely denied it because she didn't want to sift through the computer for my information. Pure laziness. Stop treating people like they're numbers and being rude to them for absolutely no reason. I went to a different urgent care because she wouldn’t listen to what I was saying. Find a different front desk person she is costing you business.

I was having a lot of chest pain and a hard time breathing and was told I have a respiratory infection. Pharmacy he sent the scripts to didn’t have some of the meds, so I called back to request they get sent elsewhere. I called twice, both times the nurse said they’ll do it ASAP. When I called a third time, i was told they never sent it because she doesn’t see it in the system, (so it’s not the pharmacy computers taking a while to load), and that it’s too late because the nurse who picked up the phone that time can’t send the prescription and the doctor had already left and no other will be there til Monday. I spent from 11 AM - 5 PM trying to find a pharmacy who has this med, and trying to contact the urgent care. Paid urgent care copays to be told these scripts will be great for my chest pain and coughing, to only get 1/3 scripts and getting no relief whatsoever.

I love this walk in. Dr.Steve has been amazing with not just me but with my now 10yo son. He is amazing and understanding towards his patients. The other Drs that work here are also wonderful! I'd recommend this walk in to anyone of any age. Everyone from the front desk to the nurses, Drs and x-ray techs are amazing. They go above and beyond for the patient. Great place to go when not feeling well or having any injury.

I’ve never had a bad experience with the place. The dr is very professional and friendly and knows when to and not to joke . The place could use a paint job AND hrs of operation sign on the door. Everyone is short staffed so we have no choice but to be patient. Have a nice day.

Left my wife waiting for two Fn hours for her back injury while the nurses were laughing at her for her injury with her neck and back, absolutely uncalled for and disgusting never go here
